If discovered later, the fee doubles. Unauthorized pets will be charged $300 per pet for additional cleaning. Same rule goes if you refuse to pay the pet fees prior to your check in time. *Pet fees will be collected via resolutions after the booking is confirmed. Guests will have to pay the pet fees before receiving check in instructions. -Pet waste cleanup: We kindly request that you clean up after your pet. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $200.
-anti-party policy: to ensure a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings Cameras and a noise detector are in place at the entrance, and as residents next door, we'll take necessary action, including involving the police, for any violations. No refunds will be issued in such cases and a $1500 party fee will be issued.
-unauthorized guests: please respect our policy of no unauthorized overnight guests A $50 charge per unauthorized guest applies if discovered. - Unauthorized early/late check out will be charged $100 per hour.
-no drugs or smoking: for the safety and comfort of all guests, we enforce a strict no drugs or smoking policy Any violations will result in immediate removal from the property, with no refund, and a $500 fine for smoking indoors plus an additional cleaning fee If you stain any sheets, mats, duvet covers, towels etc you will be charged! This is not a hotel so please be careful not to stain anything or there will be a fee applied.
-cigarette butt cleanup: guests are responsible for properly disposing of cigarette butts Failure to do so will result in a $500 cleanup fee.
-mail delivery: we regret that we cannot accept mail at the property due to security concerns please make alternative arrangements for mail delivery
-shoes off policy: to help maintain cleanliness, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house Shoe racks are provided for your convenience.
