*Comfortably furnished and well equipped bungalow for a family holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, a lounge/diner, small kitchen and a bathroom.
*kitchen area has a built-in electric oven and separate hob, fridge with ice box, large microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils needed
*there is a good sized decked area with glass panels enclosed with gate and outdoor table, parasol, chairs and cushions There is also a sheltered alcove with additional bench seating and small table.
*the property is tucked quietly away with good access to many of suffolk's treasures
*there is an onsite bar and restaurant overlooking the marina
*nearby is a train station, adjacent to site with quick access to lowestoft and its excellent beaches and beccles Easy access to Southwold and Kessingland by road. A second train station is located within 10 minutes for access to Norwich and Norfolk.
*there is an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna on site which can be used by guests (please ask us for costs) We can also advise details of costs when booking.
*the lounge/diner has a tv with freeview and dvd player and selection of board games and dvd’s
*there is an electric shower over the bath Liquid soap, washing up liquid and a couple of toilet rolls are provided. A welcome pack contains a small supply of instant coffee, tea bags and biscuits. There is also a cafetière in the kitchen (please bring your own ground coffee).
