the driveway is a work of art, featuring exposed aggregate and a custom designed curb It is steep and has a curve to get up to the house. The driveway will not suit everyone. It takes a little getting used to. We will send you the trick to mastering it, but if you’re not a confident driver, this might not be the property for you. It’s also a steep driveway to walk up, so whilst you can park at street level, it might be difficult carrying loads up and down the driveway. If you’re not sure, please get in touch with us first and we will talk you through it.
the carport can easily fit two cars and there is another car parking space at the bottom of the driveway (plus more out the front)

the property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside There is a small, fenced area off the laundry for dogs (with a small lawn area). The fence is 1.2m high. The local lake is a mecca for dogs, with walking trails around the lake and down to the beach.
