so close to the beach you can hear it! this block is perfectly located to take advantage of the best that encounter bay has to offer – the beach is a short, flat walk to the end of the street, the lake with its own public beach and park is just a few hundred metres away, and the hidden wetland walks of encounter waters are a few mins walk on the other side of the street There are also multiple cafes within walking distance – one on the lake and three on Franklin Parade (just off Tabernacle).
and best of all is the virtually brand new, three bedroom, 2 bathroom house! as you walk in the front door, there is a small lounge on the right-hand side which is a delightful nook for quiet reading or watching tv Next is the main bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite. The other two bedrooms are to the rear of the house with a three-way bathroom between them (separate shower and bath, separate toilet and separate vanity).
the open-plan kitchen and dining/living area open out onto a large undercover patio The kitchen has a double-door fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a breakfast bar that seats three.
there is ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout the house there is a double garage available for guest use and a wide concrete driveway so bring the boat! the encounter bay boat ramp is only a few minute's drive away so this is a perfect location for the avid boatie!
