The Nook is a charming 3 bedroomed house in the centre of Arundel with a pretty courtyard garden and private parking.
the front door opens into a pretty hallway with a study on the left and large living room with woodburner and comfortable seating for 5 guests There is a dining area which seats 6 and well-equipped kitchen, utility room, study and cloakroom. Guests will love the attractive South West facing garden area with outside seating to get the most of the glorious West Sussex sunshine in the warmer months.
upstairs there are two good size double bedrooms (the master bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has a standard double bed) and a family bathroom Bedroom 2 has a large balcony leading straight off the bedroom. Please note on the floor plan that there is a dressing room on this floor - this not for guest use – the owners use it to store personal items.
there is a further small bedroom which has a large and very comfortable futon bed with bathroom area on the second floor but do be aware that this is under the eaves so there is very restricted head height in places (you have to duck under a beam) and sloped ceilings This area is not suited to older guests or those with mobility problems.
well behaved dogs are welcome but they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs There is a charge for dogs of £27 .50 per week and £27.50 each additional week. No children under 12.
