It is also just steps from the Poudre River Trail which connects to a network of trails spanning across all of Fort Collins and the surrounding area. not to mention - we’re only one hour from denver, estes park and rocky mountain national park!

For CSU families, campus is a straight shot and 5 minutes away. it was a perfect spot for our family!”

Great coffee shops and all of Old Town are an easy walk. Even after staying for over 30 days we did not want to leave! An awesome home base for Colorado and Wyoming adventures, or movie nights in. we certainly hope to return!”
