a light, bright and spacious open plan kitchen/lounge that has a super social feel.. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs to seat 4 and snug lounge area complete with 55 inch TV and fast Wi-Fi, this space has everything you'll need to chill out and make the most of every moment of your holiday.
leading out through double patio doors to the safe and secure suntrap garden, you will find a bbq and patio table & chairs.. perfect for Al Fresco dining and soaking up the suns rays. A downstairs bathroom can be found off the front entrance hall.
upstairs comprises of 2 generously sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom All bed linen and Egyptian cotton towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
well behaved dogs are most welcome, however we do appreciate them being kept off soft furnishings (sofa and beds)
please note: there are no electric car charging facilities at the property and charging via 3 point plug is not permitted

the southwest coast path runs right through bude linking its many beaches and has some of the most amazing cliff top views in the country Great for daily dog walking.
