this townhouse is situated in the middle of the complex with private entrance, garage and street parking Spread out across a 3 level floor plan providing plenty of space to unwind and relax. On the first floor is the private garage, entry and home office. The second floor features the living/dining room, kitchen, half bath and small patio. On the third floor you'll find two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and laundry closet. One bedroom features a king bedroom and the other a queen. There is a 4th floor balcony available for guest use with signature of a liability release. Please note some closets are locked for owner use.
