for guests traveling with dogs, cowboys & roses allows up to two dogs for a flat fee of $100 per stay This fee includes water/food bowls as well as pet beds and even a welcome gift for your furry friends. Both the front deck and rear yard are fenced. There is a great nature trail to walk your dog just 5 minutes from the house.

there is a 2 night minimum stay with the exception of holiday periods where there is a 4 night minimum stay, depending on the holiday Nightly rates range from $279 - $429 with a 15% discount for stays of a week or more. the maximum number of guests is 6 Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted for a $100 pet fee (per stay). Dogs must be disclosed when booking. No parties, events or fireworks are permitted. Exterior security cameras are in use at all times. This is a rural area so you may encounter wild animals, snakes, etc. Please be alert at all times.
guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the storage shed, various locked owners only cabinets/closets, the entry closet and one other room (marked private, used for owner storage) The gas fireplace is for owner use only due to safety issues. During the fall and winter months, there is a wood burning fire pit outside by the hot tub for guest use.
