our kitchen has a breakfast bar along with all mod cons you could require including a coffee machine, washer/dryer oven, hob to name a few
up the first set of stairs, you reach the first floor which has a beautifully furnished double bedroom with an ensuite with walkin shower and tv set into the built in wardrobes
the second bedroom is a twin room with two large spacious single beds
family bathroom fully tiled with a bath and shower again to a high standard
then you move up to the second floor which is a beautiful room with its own tv, sofa and sofa bed this room is perfect for children, teenagers, or as a quiet area for adults again with fabulous original features
you will not be disappointed with this cottage it meets all requirements

the location is lovely with the foxhill nature reserve just on your doorstep along with shops/cosy pubs etc within walking distance
we are also lucky to have the oswaldtwistle theatre and famous oswaldtwistle mills on the doorstep!
