7 CENTRAL HEATING - regulated by smart Nest thermostat and constant hot water. energy efficient portable heater provided as optional to use;
8 CHARGERS AND ADAPTERS – USB and touchpad chargers in bedrooms and living room, but please bring your own traditional adapters.
9 quality toiletries - all from british brands: the scottish fine soap co, duck island or baylis & harding, not tested on animals and in recycled bottles;
10 summer cooling – there are evaporative tower cooling fans for spring / summer;
12 BOOKS & MAGAZINES – please don't remove. if you take one, please leave one;
13 TWO SETS OF KEYS - for the main door. One in keysafe and the other inside the flat when you arrive.
