This beautifully remodeled condo is situated in an incredible location just above the beach and tidepools and has its own private deck (as well a separate, large shared deck). With views from the Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Bay and Morro Rock, this is the perfect, relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surfers catch some waves. Everything in the unit is brand new - from the floors and appliances to the furnishings and linens. This unit also offers an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and its own stackable washer and dryer, which can be rare in these condos. This unit is also on the ground floor and requires no stairs! Additional larger laundry facilities are available in the coin-operated laundry room onsite. SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY. Parking for one vehicle only onsite; additional parking is on the street only.

Summary: room could have been cleaner. there was no dishwashing soap, minimal supplies, dirty windows and no trash bags. the room also has mice running around. none of this lessened the stay, just suggest a bit of tlc
