enjoy brekkie on the balcony while surf checking " hole in the wall" surf break
there is a fully secure garden with lush lawns & huge trees for the kids to climb
minutes walk to the shops , park, cafes ,tavern & jetty
teds has a real home away from home coastal feel, its our families holiday home
on the top floor loft are 2 bedrooms The main bedroom has a super king bed and office nook.
the second bedroom has a bunk consisting of a queen in the bottom and a king single on the top bunk
both bedrooms have large picture windows with lovely outlooks
there is a large open plan kitchen overlooking the back yard , it has a handy servery onto the dining alcove
the upstairs living area has sea views and comfy sofas,the living area opens up onto the balcony with a papasan chair
there's an 8 seater dining table on the balcony for alfresco meals
stairs then lead down into the front garden off the balcony
a separate toilet, large bathroom (with shower and bath) and a laundry area are down some stairs located off the back of the kitchen
downstairs, accessed externally is the 3rd bedroom with a queen size and a king single bed
also there is the rumpus room with a sofa bed and sofas for watching movies on the big screen or playing games etc, plenty of room to spread out
a bbq is available on a trolley for easy use anywhere on the property
the double carport to store all your toys has lockable roller doors
fire pit out the back for use in winter
outdoor shower for washing off after the beach
quality bed linen and bedding supplied
towels are not supplied, so please remember to bring your own.
