the open plan living/kitchen and dining area is bright and airy with a large smart tv, which can be enjoyed from the large sumptuous and fashionable sofa Luxurious soft furnishings highlight the room.
there is a utility room just off the kitchen area where you will find a washing machine
there is an added bonus of an extra living room on the ground floor again with a smart tv and cosy sofa and chair with sliding doors leading out to the garden
the kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer and built-in microwave and dishwasher There is a beautiful dining table which is perfect for those lazy breakfasts or casual dinners and a breakfast bar with two stools is a perfect addition.
chi lowen has four good size bedrooms Located on the Ground floor, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage and is decorated with a blue and white colour palette, giving the room a calm and tranquil feel.
two further bedrooms are located on the first floor One is a twin bedroom, and one is a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed (suitable for children only). Please also note in this room there is a sloping ceiling which has limited headroom.
