this is a 1 bedroom house with small number of stairs, therefore guests will need to go up and down a flight of stairs to access the kitchen and bedroom The house is ideal for a couples or for a family, it has been recently decorated and newly styled in June 2024.
additional bedding is available but incurs in additional costs We have a sofa bed in the living room, that can accommodate up to two additional people.
we kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay ALL bookings are required to pay a £300 security deposit prior to check in. Upon checking out this will be refunded to you providing no damage is caused to the property.
