Summary: Although compact Lighthouse Chalet is well equipped with lots of extras included. Chalet was nice, bright and clean, neighbours were all friendly and delightful. Guest Information folder has many places to visit nearby and we also used the hospital when one of my children injured themselves. The only thing I missed was a washing machine or on site laundry facilities with mountains of washing to do we used outdoor washer/dryer facilities at the petrol station in Kessingland, which was expensive and often busy resulting in driving back and forth. We were lucky with the weather, only one wet day, we loved exploring Southwold, Lowestoft, Gorleston Splash Park, Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills Themepark, Beccles and Beccles Lido. We had nice food and service at Happy Wok, The Waterfront, The Wherry and Kessingland fish and chip shop. 2 weeks zoomed by, and we liked all the lighthouse decor in Lighthouse Chalet.
