A separate office space /hi-speed wifi for work-at-home. Just ten min from town of Phoenicia, and amenities near. Skylights, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, firepit. Dog Friendly.

Two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, the third bedroom/office space has a double bed and large desk. The bathrooms are both full baths. Killer views of Belleayre mountain with lounge chairs on deck, outside dining table and grill. Laundry in basement. Note: due to a steep Driveway, an AWD vehicle is highly recommended in winter.
