walk up one flight of stairs to the balcony that leads into the open kitchen, dining and living room Walk down hallway to one full bathroom off the hallway. At the back of house are two bedrooms. Master bathroom with queen bed has direct access to the full hall bath, balcony located on the back of house, and TV. Second bedroom has two twin beds.

Also there are additional cottages next door and hotel rooms within 5 minute drive and within view of the cottage on the other side of the intracoastal waterway. Total accommodations of 34 people.
