top level : you will take in the glorious sunsets at the top level! the great room offers comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, with an adjacent dining area large enough for everyone! the upscale gourmet kitchen will be appreciated by the cooks in the family The island is spacious enough to prepare meals for a crowd, and the high-end appliances (including a Keurig coffee maker) ensure that every meal will be prepared to its finest! Speaking of which....all meals and gatherings on the top level can be enjoyed while taking in the sound views! Enjoy morning breakfasts or evening cocktails on the spacious and furnished screen porch! A king master retreat can also be found on the top level with a beautiful shower! There is also a powder room on this level.
middle level : four more master bedrooms are located on the mid-level including 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as, a beautiful foyer
bottom level : the ground level is where many memories will be made in the rec room which includes a pool table, tv, and kitchenette! the laundry room is located on this level, as well as, the 6th bedroom with a queen and full bathroom A sliding door leads out to the beautiful pool oasis which is where you will find the hot tub!! The private pier is perfect for enjoying sunsets, launching kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, fishing, and crabbing. Please note that motorized watercraft and travel trailers are not permitted.
there are tvs in all of the bedrooms, the great room, and the game room, as well as, high-speed internet throughout! there are two coffeemakers, one with a keurig on one side and a hot water dispenser on the other side!
internet: all of our homes are equipped with wifi, however, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the outer banks can experience outages from time to time We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
