The open floor plan with vintage hardwood floors is tastefully decorated and the sofa encourages an afternoon nap with blackout curtains. The laundry room has a new LG washer and LG dryer with a huge window overlooking the fully fenced backyard which your dog will definitely appreciate as they get their exercise chasing squirrels or watching the family of beautiful cardinals. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and all the dishes/utensils you will need to cook up the evening meal. After dinner, take a long walk around the lake with your dog or meet up with new friends at one of the several pubs in Baldwin Park. close to downtown, the executive airport, major highways and shopping, the location is ideal for your winter in florida!

The camera is disarmed when the home is rented. There is also a security light/camera on the front corner outside the home which sends an alert and turns on a light in the dark if you were to approach the property from the left front of the home.
