Our CUTE and COZY newly remodeled studio apartment located in Orlando, Florida is perfect for a couple or two friends! The studio has everything you need to enjoy your experience in Orlando. Our home is only a few minutes away from the Airport, Downtown Orlando, Universal, Disney, UCF, and local parks and lakes. The studio has it's own jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor seating.
the studio has a memory foam queen size bed, dining area for two, and work area The studio has been newly remodeled with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hot plate, 6 quart air fryer, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, rice maker, and cooking utensils.
during your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire studio

the home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood We are right across the street from a kids baseball field and very close to parks.
navigating the neighborhood is very simple! as soon as you get off the highway, with just a few turns you will be arriving at the home The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Any additional vehicles may park on the street.
** the home is set up like a duplex, therefore on the left side of the house there is another unit
** you are welcome to bring up to two pets A pet fee of $30/night per pet will be applied after the reservation is confirmed.

- no parties or events Guests that break this rule will have their reservation canceled with no refund. They will be evicted from the property immediately.
- no more than 2 guests should occupy the property at all times
- quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to not disturb our neighbors.
