The ground floor is home to a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a multi-fuel stove, and a conservatory. Outside there is a large garden to the front and the back with lawn and a patio with seating, and off-road parking for up to three cars. Brook House makes for a lovely place to gather with your loved ones for a break in Staffordshire.
