Relax in this 2 bdrm/ 2 bath 1800 sq ft 2-story custom home in Cottonwood Shores. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room. Private upper deck for viewing wildlife. TV and Roku/WiFi to use with your own streaming accounts. Parking for 2-3 vehicles plus your boat or trailer for your kayak, etc. Enjoy our peaceful home in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas hill country.

what we like about cottonwood shores: we've lived here for over 15 yrs and enjoy our down-to-earth community on the lake We've found it to be quiet, friendly and safe - and especially enjoy the wildlife here. The deer, foxes and variety of wild birds are a delight.
