Located along a small rural road, but within easy distance of the west side of Seneca Lake, the Wine Trail, and Watkins Glen, this cottage offers both quiet spaces and easy accessibility to the Finger Lakes.
after you enter through the gated entry at the end of the lane, you'll follow the driveway as it winds back in through the trees and along the fields The cottage is set back in a clearing in the woods, with sunlight filtering through the trees and the sounds of birdsong. Sit in the yard or around the firepit and enjoy the quiet breezes in the trees or take a short walk along the mowed paths through the wooded areas.
stepping in to the home, you'll fall in love with the comfortable and cozy decor and living spaces The Kitchen, Dining room, and Living room are all one open space with a small sunken room--a great little office space--is just a few steps down from the Living room. The Kitchen has a large island with bar stools, there is a Dining table for sit down dinners, and the Living room has cozy seating with a couch and several chairs (Fireplace is not useable). The sunken office area has a bar and bar stools, a great spot to sit with a lap top and watch nature out the window while you work on vacation.
going back the hallway, bedroom 1 will be on the left This bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom located two steps down from the bedroom. Bedroom 2 is at the end of the hallway, on the left as well, and has a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located directly at the end of the hallway and has a tub/shower. On the right is the third bedroom with 2 Queen beds and another en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
