this is a new duplex with new high end furniture, large tvs and appliances for great comfort and convenience There are 3 parking spots, 4 if you have smaller vehicles, 2 are covered. There is also outdoor outlets and space for a golf cart. When you arrive the beds will be made with comfortable clean linens and there will be starter supplies all included in the cleaning fee.

The hot tub is on a 4-hour heat cycle where building pool professionals monitor remotely. please do not attempt to change settings as this will inadvertently shut down the tub!
