with a fantastic location across from the beach, and just a short walk to freeman park, there’s always something to do! take a quick stroll to the north pier, where you can enjoy a delicious burger or refreshing drink at high tide lounge
beach access update:
the sea oats lane beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion repairs but no worries! you have two nearby access points:
- salt marsh beach access (to the north)
- sand fiddler lane access (to the south)
both are just 01 miles away—about a 3-minute walk from your front door to the sand!

as our guest, you’ll have full access to the condo and all amenities:
private balcony – overlooks the pool, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail
fully stocked kitchen – includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, cookware, and more
