blue house is a beautiful single-level property located in the heart of popular quindalup, one of dunsborough’s favourite holiday spots
one of the main drawcards at this house is its fantastic alfresco area The beautiful sheltered deck and BBQ area overlook a pretty garden, manicured lawns and a winter fire pit. what an amazing place to relax and soak up the holiday vibes!
quindalup’s white sandy beach is less than a five-minute walk away meaning it’s super convenient to go fishing, paddling, swimming and boating Or simply lazing or beachcombing. The choice is yours. You can also go cycling or walking along the beachfront pathway that takes you all the way to Dunsborough’s town centre. Quindalup Boat Ramp is less than 500m away and the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club is also just up the road.
this house also boasts two separate living areas, including a large rumpus room at one end of the house which is great for the kids (complete with movie projector) The second more centralised open-plan lounge and dining area is super stylish and includes a cosy wood fire (one bag of wood supplied in winter only) and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. bliss!
