The home has a split-level living and dining area, a well-equipped and very modern kitchen, a laundry, two bathrooms (one with a bath) and parking for up to three cars. It is ideal for weekends away or longer stays, and combines practical seaside holiday living with the comforts of home. The rear deck and upstairs rear balcony are also north facing so have a good sun aspect on a fresh morning.
