upstairs you will find two more bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and the other with two single beds, and two bathrooms plus a separate toilet A large open plan kitchen, dining and living area boasts spectacular views of Jervis Bay, with large glass doors opening onto the verandah.

when entering the driveway from the road, parking is immediately on the left hand side of the driveway Akora House parking for one car is available on the concrete area to the right of the wooden fence (house-facing side), and 2 more cars in front of the house. Please do not park on the grass to the left of the wooden fence as this space is allocated to Akora Cabin.
important : the main concrete driveway entrance is a right of way to both akora house and akora cabin and must be kept clear at all times
is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
akora house at hyams is pet friendly, subject to the following rules:
- please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms (this is a not negotiable due to the high quality of furniture, in particular the sofas)
- if your dog will be inside during your stay please provide their bedding
- please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
- note that this property is not fully fenced and you are responsible for your pet
- please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home
- please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure
