clean fresh linen quality linen
4 modern bathroom
5 modern kitchen
6 hosting with care
7. it looks like the photos ( as of mid nov 23)
facts: airy , bright open plan living area with high ceilings
lower ground location, ultra safe
washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher, kettle, full cooker
elegant cutlery, nice utensils etc- the flat has everything
we decorate at least twice a year as we use it ourselves
adverse information:
1 it is 40sqm ----- not 100 sq m not 200 not 300!
2 The bedroom has a Blind and curtain- hence a bit darker - The reason behind it: Travel a lot, Can only sleep when its dark. you can wind them up if you wish
3No pretentious descriptions here----- what you see is what you get.
good stuff
1We will bring and leave outside the door cup cakes and pastries.
2if you are staying for longer than 1 week we will be provide weekly housekeeping service and fresh linen and towels weekly
3. we will make sure that there will be flowers, fruit , toiletries, eggs, milk, mineral water, coffee, teas yoghurts and a bottle of wine !
4.we will respond as soon as we can to all your needs
( it was bought for our eldest daughter when she was 16 !!! 16 years later all our 3 daughters have lived there at some moment individually )
