Positive: Location--right between Licoln City and Newport , views were amazing Cleanliness--overall, pretty clean Comfort‐‐beds comfortable, the twin beds are small, but the other 2 beds were huge! Size--decent for 4 people.
Negative: Lots of stairs We thought it was closer to the beach than it was (would need to hike up/down hills to get to actual beach). There was a leak from the tub, but we got a response quickly. There were a couple other small issues, but I got an apology and small discount, which was good.
