This lovely house has been fully refurbished and is situated in a quiet village in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside.

the house accomodates 8 people with ease Using a trundle, a double sofa bed and top bunk, 12 can squeeze in for a family get together.
all of our rooms are supplied with linen from a professional linen company so you can ensure that you have that clean hotel comfort
bedroom one and two are both situated on the first floor
bedroom 1 is a beautiful king size overlooking the large garden
bedroom 2 over looks the beautiful countryside and accommodates two single beds with another single trundle bed
bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the ground floor
bedroom 3 at the front of the house, hosts a bunk bed with a single on the top and a small double on the bottom
bedroom 4 is a standard double with patio doors onto the beautiful garden
the ground floor has a breathtaking open plan kitchen/ dining room/ living room
the spacious living room area has plenty of seating with a double sofa bed It’s perfect to lounge around and watch your favourite streaming services on the large TV.
the dining area has table fit for memory making banquet, and a modern kitchen big enough to cook it in!
we are huge animal fans and believe they are just as important to make those special memories so we invite you to bring your dogs along, all we ask is that you do not allow them upstairs and they aren’t left alone in the house
a stair gate and crate are available upon request
outside there is a patio which catches the sun all day and offers lovely views of the large secure garden
