the entrance to the granary is via the private off road car park and through to the enclosed garden with its fire pit and outside seating area
the front door takes you into a hallway, with the luxury shower bathroom to one side and then into the main room
downstairs is a large double height open plan room with the original timber frame exposed, and a large floor to ceiling window with views to the garden
the comfortable sofa faces a cosy gas flame fire – this being a sensible alternative to a wood burning one due to the ancient thatched roof [emoji removed] the room forms an l shape and within that is a modern well laid out kitchen
leading from this beautiful and airy ground floor is an open staircase which brings you to the gallery level, containing the luxury bedroom and reading area, this overlooks the open plan area beneath and out onto the garden
