pet policy: one dog is allowed during your stay Absolutely no cats or other pets. The dog must be under 40 pounds and been treated for fleas. A $150 pet fee applies for all guests who bring a pet. Failure to disclose dog prior to check-in will result in a $250 pet fee (additional dogs will result in this fee as well).

covid 19 policy:
although we do not foresee this happening, if galveston should decide to close the beaches during your stay, or if the pointe west facilities limit occupancy to less than 50% at the pools, we will allow you to cancel your reservation with a full refund If you have already checked in and decide to leave early, you will get a pro-rated refund for the unused days. If you need to cancel due to to COVID - 19, we recommend purchasing a trip insurance policy that covers this.
however, if you do need to cancel because someone in your party has tested positive for covid or your employer is restricting travel due to covid, and you don't have insurance that covers this, we want to be reasonable:
