beachfront penthouse by peppy beach retreats® is perched on the top floor of a massive three-level property (which can be rented separately as "beachfront mansion") However, by renting Penthouse you will have an entirely separate entrance and driveway (via Cowrie Court) and will have no interaction with any guests on the bottom two floors (who access the property from a separate road) and there is no internal connection between the property, nor is there any shared space.
in renting penthouse, you will enjoy panoramic views from almost all areas The master bedroom in Penthouse is 30 m2 (6m x 5m) with a stunning views, a study nook, direct balcony access, and a huge walk-in-robe which connects to the bathroom. The second bedroom does not share a wall with the master and contains a comfortable queen bed.
