the train station is a 7 minute drive and you will be in perth in 45 minutes

we are close to the ocean and while we strive to keep our windows clear from salt from the sea carried by wind and condensation, this is difficult to manage at times especially during storm season we have a hose on the balcony that you can use to wash down the windows if need be and a squeegie under the sink for those guests who would like to give the windows a wash if need be so they can enjoy the views even more!
it’s a peaceful neighbourhood and we like to ensure that we continue to have great relationships with our neighbours Please ensure that if you are bringing dogs, they are supervised at all times and not just left to bark in the backyard or left unattended. We want to continue to keep our home pet friendly.

the top storey offers two bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a wrap-around balcony where you can watch the sunset over the rolling waves The living area is spacious and includes a games/reading area with plenty of books, DVDs, and board games to choose from. the dining table can seat 12 people comfortably - it is extendable!
