Newly built in April 2023, this fabulous home located on the quieter West end of Panama City Beach, Florida has everything you could possibly want! The living area, dining and kitchen are all open to one another for great family gatherings. The French doors lead out to the front porch. The back yard features a fabulous pool (pool heat in cooler weather is optional- contact property manager for price, ) with gas grill, a large patio and seating for the whole family. In the living area the large comfortable furniture provides seating for everyone to enjoy the Smart TV after a fun day on the beach. The table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 in beds (no having to open and close a sleeper). The master features a relaxing King bed, Smart TV, view of the pool and private bath with shower. One guest bedroom offers a King bed, Smart TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are twin bunks and a full bed in the third guest room perfect for the kids to have their own movie nights with a Smart TV.
all this and the perfect location as you are just a short walk from several public beach accesses Shopping at Pier Park is only a short 5 miles East and the shoppes and restaurants of 30A are only a few miles West. Camp Helen State Park which offers kayaking and dune lake fishing is nearby. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guests' use.
