Welcome to Laguna Beach! Our Sea Oak Cottage is in the perfect location - 30A and Pier Park are minutes away, and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and shops near by. This home is an easy walk to the beach- only 2.5 blocks straight down the street (access #83 or #82). Located just east of Inlet and Rosemary beach, and west of Panama City Beach, it isn’t lined with large condos - so there is plenty of space to spread out in the beach. The beach front road is lined with bike lanes- you’ve got to cruise to Thomas’ Doughnut & Snack Shop for a delicious breakfast on our 2 bikes. we have a tesla ev charger for your use as well!

Primary bedroom has a King size bed, and adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 full size beds. Open floorplan- kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counters. max of 2 cars (only end to end in driveway- no on street parking)

no parties, pets, or smoking- maximum of 7 people (including kids) strictly enforced Exterior security cameras are present. No parking in the Garage. There are lots of places nearby to grab charcoal and lighter fluid- there may be some left from previous guests or myself in the garage :).
