Positive: It is very practical, comfortable, easy to access with the instructions given on email and message, it had all the appliances to make the stay easier.

Negative: What I really didn’t like was the smell of rubbish when one enters the building . The rubbish compartment was full and it’s probably emptied only once a week which is obviously NOT enough. Also the cleaning of the corridor of the building should be more often . I took photos of even cigarettes butts on the floor . I know speaks more about the other customers but anyway BE LONDON should be aware and clean the corridors every day . It gives a bad impression the whole entrance plus the rubbish smell . Also the thermostats ( different in each rooms were not easy to fix in the right temperature. In the master bedroom I was really cold the first night and the thermostat marked 23 . It seemed that took like 24 hours in reaching that temperature. But the people from Be London are easy to reach and are helpful

Summary: I would stay there again, only the cleanliness of the entrance should be solved
