Bayview is a small two story cottage right on the shore of Goodyear Lake. Beautiful views of the lake morning noon and night. Bayview has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a sleeping porch with two twins. One full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. heat if needed is supplied by a gas Franklin stove centrally located in the living room. The enclosed porch is where the TV is and will be where you spend your leisure time looking out over the lake. Have a cookout after taking a swim. Bayview has a large floating dock and Kayak rentals are located near by. Cooperstown Dreams Park is located 9.5 miles away on the same road so its an easy 13 minute commute. All Star Village is even closer. There is also a large mowed field perfect for Baseball or Soccer. We also rent Pontoon Boats by the week that you can keep right at the dock or bring your own boat..
