Located in Eastpoint, you’ll be just minutes from the white sand beaches of SGI and only a short drive to downtown Apalachicola for shopping and dining. for any avid fishermen, ‘hook, wine n sinker’ is only a 1-minute car ride to the eastpoint fishing pier and the nearest public boat launch is just 1 mile from the property!
begin your stay by entering into the family room which offers plenty of shared living space You'll find the living room comfortably furnished with double recliner and a Queen sleeper sofa for alternate sleeping accommodations, a 65” Smart TV and a Blu-ray player. We’ve got you covered for any rainy days, with plenty of board games, books and movies for a relaxing day at home. Sorry, the fireplace is not available.
the well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your fresh catch of the day and has a bonus crockpot and electric skillet The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the large kitchen island. French doors in this space open onto the furnished screened-in veranda overlooking the hot tub and private pond with bridge.
