Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This home is in a quiet neighborhood right across from the bay. You can see the bay shore from the home. There is a boat ramp 1/2 a mile away. Apalachicola or St. George Island is 10 minutes from this home as well. This home is owned by a local who has lived here for over 40 years. She would be happy to be your guide. We are pet friendly and no longer charge a pet fee. If interested in a month long rental, please message us about the long term discount. We have lots of games & books, as well as a Firestick but we do not have cable TV. Our water is on a pump which unfortunately means the water pressure is not strong in the shower. Lastly, a friend is using and parking by the apartment on the property and stores his boat at times. He will not be in your way..
