there are two parks nearby and a lovely canal-side walk
there's a bathroom on each floor, with additional en-suite to room1
the entrance hall leads to the stairs to the right and the downstairs corridor to your left
the corridor connects you to the kitchen and breakfast area, and the living room cum dining area
the french doors at the rear lead into the garden, which has a paved area leading to an area with grass and flower plants
the stairs lead you to rooms three and four on the first floor and rooms 1nd two on the second floor
room 3 is a large double room with a juliet's balcony Room 4 is a smaller double room. There is a shower room between rooms three and four.
room 1 is a double room with en-suite
room two is a large double room with two separate single beds which can be linked, on request to a large double bed
the family bathroom is set between rooms one and two
the house is wholly available for use There is a small, locked shed in the garden which is used by the house-keeper for storage.
