Summary: The apartment across the street, where they sent me, is brand new and super clean. They claim it's sound proof but it is very noisy. I heard police and ambulance going through the street and people screaming all night. I also stumbled on a few syringes on the side walk while walking the area. The fact that the clerk specifically told me to double lock the front door at all times for my security was not very comforting either.
