this stylish place is perfect for group trips and family gathering

four reception rooms including a fully equipped, spacious kitchen, dining room with open fireplace, large living room with wood burner and a family room with double aspect windows, wood flooring throughout (mainly oak) Five bedrooms (one ensuite) 3 bathrooms and downstairs lavatory.
outside there are patio areas with tables and seating and a barbecue The large garden has lawns, mature trees and shrubs and a young orchard. There is a field with a goal on it for football practice.
the kitchen is new and fully fitted with dishwasher, everhot 3-oven stove ,4-ring induction hob and hot cooking plate There is also a microwave.

we have 3 cats who have access to the house-there is a cat flap in the kitchen They are fed outside (during your stay by Andrew our part-time gardener who lives nearby). The cats are used to dogs as we have whippets. If you wish to bring a dog or dogs that should be fine provided they are ok with cats but please let us know before you book..
