“All-Sea-Sun” will astound you with high end finishes and furnishings, a large beautiful kitchen, elevator, and an outdoor pool and living area that will be where you spend all your time when you are not at the beach. Seven masters give almost everyone their own private bath, and all baths will have custom tile and stone countertops. All bedrooms and gathering areas have smart TVs so no matter where you find yourself, games and streaming are available for you and your guests.
top floor has a great room area that includes a living area with electric fireplace with access to a large screened porch What a great spot to enjoy ocean breezes without the inconvenience of bugs! The kitchen has plenty of storage and countertop space, with stone countertops and all stainless steel appliances. It's a chef's kitchen with 2 gas ranges, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large center island for work station, storage and seating for 4. The main large dining table seats 12 and there is a second dining table that seats 8. The elevator is centrally located through all three levels. Two king master suites are on this level.
