There is a half bath on this level which is convenient for coming and going from the pool area or beach. The expansive laundry room is also located on this level.
the second level of this home is where you will find your main living and sleeping areas At the top of the steps, you will be greeted by a bright, open concept floor plan. The expansive kitchen, allows for plenty of "cooks in the kitchen". A great space for families to come together a whip up a quick surf & turf! The dining area seats 8 comfortably and breakfast bar seating for 4 more. The best part is the view of the Wildlife Refuge, canal, and pool from the dining area. After dinner, everyone can relax on the family sized sectional sofa and take in your favorite Netflix movie or enjoy some ice cream out on the deck.
there is a room type for everyone in this home All bedrooms are equipped with TV's and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a King with ensuite bath with double vanity. Around the corner there is a Queen Bedroom with access to a full bathroom right outside of the bedroom door. On the other side of the house, there is a bedroom with 2 Twins and Bunkroom with 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds. These bedrooms share access to a large full bathroom.

There is a screened porch on the ground level to take in the sight and sounds. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower which is convenient for showering off when coming in from the beach or heading from the beach to the pool.
