Positive: This property is so cool! We enjoyed listening to records and looking at all the music memorabilia. Location was conveniently close to Alki Beach. Kids in our group enjoyed the tree swing and outdoor space, and we appreciated all the loaner items - bikes, paddle board, etc

Negative: It's a very old house, so be prepared for old house quirks! Sloped floors, single bathroom, small kitchen, etc - nothing that we couldn't live with, and worth it for the uniqueness of the property
