Summary: Unable to get a key at check in, had to be escorted by front office person to get into room. Only one of three elevators working causing longer than normal wait times. Hotel was nice and walking distance to most items. Feels like a manager should have site if keys are not working and trying to compensate for this poor service. Only one guy was trying to work the front desk and escort people to their room causing extra wait.
