abbey gem is set in a coveted location where locals want to live and visitors hope to come back to enjoy year after year A stunning stretch of Abbey beach is only a short stroll away where you can spend endless hours at the safe, calm shore.
if the beach isn't calling you, take your bikes for a ride along our expansive bicycle pathways that are easily accessible from the house
alternatively there is a children's park & play area only meters walk away
on the days you prefer to get out to explore, dunsborough yallingup & eagle bay are only 15 minutes drive away and margaret river town centre approx 35 minutes drive
you can base yourself at this lovely property and be very close to all our region has to offer
inside the home you will find large, comfortable living areas & bedrooms, perfect for everyone to stay together whilst still being able to escape to your own space
there is a private, relaxing outdoor entertaining area and small grass area for those summer bbq's or just enjoying the sunshine
the large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare & cook family meals, as well as having a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso pod machine & all crockery & cutlery

-you can hire porta-cots (kmart travel porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
